Brad is a licensed Pest Manager with specialist training in the treatment and management of termites. With close to a decade of experience in the industry, Brad goes the extra mile to ensure that the treatments carried out are to the highest possible standard.

Brad completed and became a certified building inspector in 2015 and offers both Pre Purchase Building and Pest Inspection for both Vendors and Buyers when purchasing homes or commercial property.

Brad is also a trade-qualified journeyman plumber with more than 13 years on the tools working in the plumbing industry. This gives Brad that extra knowledge when designing and installing in-ground watering systems.

Gabe McMillan is a born leader, purchasing her first business at the age of 21. Small business is her jam; she has a passion for small businesses and has been immersed in the world of entrepreneurship for the past 17 years.

Throughout her career, Gabe has worked tirelessly with small businesses, both as a consultant and as a hands-on contributor. She has seen firsthand the challenges and triumphs that come with building and growing a business.

But what sets Gabe apart is her commitment to establishing new and conscious ways of doing business. She believes that meaningful connections are the key to success.

Curtis is our lead Pest Technician and is currently studying for his license in the management of general urban pests.

Curtis has close to a decade’s experience in the construction industry and adds another level of skill to the McMillan team, his passion to deliver a great product and exceed customer expectations makes him a huge asset to the organisation.

Brendon Besgrove, affectionately known as Bez, joined our team in 2021 and holds a license in General Pest Management. While short in stature, he has an almighty work ethic and gets in and gets things done!

Bez comes to our business with a huge amount of experience in mining and manufacturing. 

No job is ever too big or small.

Bez has notably said that "Gabe definitely supports me the most, the pair from Eugowra can pick on me from time" - Don't worry Bez I've got you mate - they were picking on me before you came along!

When Bez is not working, you'll find him wrangling his two young boys and sipping a cold one on the river bank.

Amanda joined our team as apart of our Admin Department in 2023, bringing a beautiful calmness to our office space–she really is the calm to Gabe’s storm on most days!
